How do I return an item?

All returns must have return authorization. To obtain an RA, please e-mail sales@autodax.com or call (803) 810-5309


We will accept returns for any reason of most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. (Some of our vendors will only accept non-defective returns within 7 days so be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you change your mind about a product you have received.) After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty will prevail. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted, or damaged. Although we charge you a low, flat rate for shipping, your credit will reflect a deduction for our actual shipping cost. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. All returned parts must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice.
